Pricing

Transparent pricing that rewards results.

No retainers. No hidden mark-ups on ad spend. One fee for managing the budget, one commission for creating profit, and a clear agency fee for everything we do in between.

The three components

Exactly who pays what, and why.

Ad spend fee

10%Example rate

Paid by the brand to the expert

A percentage of the monthly ad budget the expert manages. It covers the day-to-day work of running spend responsibly: building, testing, optimising and reporting.

Profit commission

15%Example rate

Paid by the brand to the expert

A percentage of the net profit the campaigns generate that month. If there's no profit, there's no commission. It's the part that aligns everyone.

Agency fee

20%Example rate

Retained by Alliance Bridge from expert earnings

Covers vetting, matching, contracts, reconciliation, invoicing and payment protection. Brands also pay a one-time matching fee of [$X one-time] once they accept a match.

Worked example

$50,000 ad spend and $30,000 profit = $9,500 to the expert.

Here's one month for a brand working with a single Growth Partner, using the example rates above.

1. The brand's month

Brand profit calculation
Revenue attributable to campaigns$150,000
Ad spend− $50,000
COGS, shipping and fees− $70,000
Net profit$30,000

2. How it's shared

Expert earnings calculation
Ad spend fee (10% × $50,000)$5,000
Profit commission (15% × $30,000)$4,500
Brand pays in total$9,500
Alliance Bridge fee (20% of $9,500)− $1,900
Expert receives$7,600

The brand keeps $25,500 of net profit after commission and pays $5,000 for the management of its budget, with no retainer and no charge for months that don't deliver profit.

What counts as profit

One formula, agreed before launch.

Net profit is defined in writing in every contract, tracked through shared dashboards and reconciled in a monthly report both sides sign off.

  • Net revenue attributable to managed campaigns (after refunds and chargebacks)
  • minus ad spend
  • minus cost of goods sold (COGS)
  • minus shipping and fulfilment
  • minus payment processing and platform fees

Adjustments for things like wholesale orders, subscriptions or multi-channel attribution are agreed case by case and written into the contract.

Pricing FAQ

Common questions about the model.

How is profit calculated and verified?

Net profit is the revenue attributable to the managed campaigns, minus ad spend, cost of goods sold, shipping and fulfilment, and payment and platform fees. The exact formula is written into the contract before launch. We track it through shared dashboards (ad platforms plus your store or analytics data) and reconcile it in a monthly report that both sides sign off before any commission is invoiced.

When and how do media buyers get paid?

Experts are paid monthly, by the [10th] of the following month, via Stripe, directly to your bank account. The ad spend fee is based on the budget managed that month; the profit commission is based on the reconciled profit figure. We invoice the brand and manage collection, so experts never have to chase payments.

What happens if campaigns aren't profitable?

If a month produces no net profit, no profit commission is due. The expert still earns the ad spend fee for managing the budget. Every engagement starts with a trial period and clear targets, and your account manager reviews performance with both sides. If the fit isn't right, we help you part ways cleanly and can introduce a different expert.

Is there a minimum ad budget?

We work with brands spending [$20,000]/month or more on paid media. Below that level, a performance-based partnership rarely makes sense for either side. If you're close, get in touch anyway and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.

Ready to cross the bridge?

Whether you're a brand ready to scale with proven talent or an expert ready to work with serious brands, it starts with one conversation.
